V&A Harebell Dress is a gathering of exquisite details that make a feminine dress. The overall effect is fresh, pretty and eminently wearable.
A frill around the square neckline gives way to short bell sleeves, while the bodice of the dress is gathered at the waist before flaring out towards a corresponding deep frill at the hem, falling just above the knee.
This design is inspired by the ethos and aesthetic of the Arts and Crafts Movement and features an all-over pattern called Maidenhair and Harebell originally designed in 1929 for a textile by C.F.A. Voysey (1857-1941).Material
