This cardigan is made from 100% wool, a highly sustainable fibre which is fully biodegradable. All of our wool is cruelty-free, with a strict anti-mulesing policy. - Hand knitted in Nepal by People Tree Fair Trade producer partner KTS. KTS educational and vocational training centre in Kathmandu, Nepal. KTS artisans create beautiful garments using traditional handskills such as hand knitting and embroidery. KTS enable over 2000 hand knitters, mainly women, to earn a fair price for their work and to receive technical training. Profits from Fair Trade are put back into the KTS community, including the running of an orphanage and school for 250 children.
